My job Responsibilities are;
Prepare and maintain all inventory records and reports to assist purchase and production department.
Preparation of charts of Accounts.
Preparation and maintenance of cash book.
Preparation and maintenance of bank book and preparing bank reconciliations.
Preparation and maintenance of accounting records and ledgers.
Preparing financial information and Trial balance for management to prepare financial statements.
Interpret financial statements and transactions to management.
Preparation of different cost analysis reports.
Administration activity like to enrollment of workers in different social scheme.
Performing periodic reconciliations of selected ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
Participating in administrative activities as directed by the Director & C.E.O.
Producing ad hoc reports as required by the Director or Chief Executive Officer.

Prepare daily receipt & bank payment voucher.
Directly responsible to deal with Banks related matters.
Responsible to deal with suppliers for their payments.
Preparation of accounts in accordance with International Accounting Standards.
